Return Policy

 

Return / Exchange Policy

*All sales are final and not subject to cancellation or refund.
*Deposits on special orders, approved finance and/ or layaway are not refundable or cancelable.
*Original layaway sale amount total cannot be reduced if customer is allowed to re-select another item(s).
*A 25% restocking fee of total pre-discounted sale amount applies if we receive merchandise or item(s) are already in route.
*Orders are subject to shipment by manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for delivery date.
*We are not responsible for damages after pick up or delivery once customer signs " Received in good condition". It is customers' responsibility to inspect all "pick-up" items prior to loading into their vehicle and delivered items before delivery drivers leave. If an item is discovered to have a problem or defect afterwards it is the customers' responsibility to return the item for servicing/exchange or to pick up missing part/ piece. Customer must call prior to returning items in each case for proper instructions on how to remedy the issue.
*During pick-up, it is customers' responsibility to firmly secure items to their vehicle. We do not supply rope/tie downs nor are able to assist in securing items for liability reasons.
*Merchandise must be picked up or delivery taken within 30 days of availability notice. After 30 days items will be returned to manufacturer and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed to customer. If manufacturer refuses to accept return there will be no refund and a monthly storage fee will be added every 30 days item remains at store. (usually $80 per month)

*Standard Delivery fee only covers drop-off. There is an additional fee for uncartoning and or set-up/assembly.
*A 48 hour advance notice ( only by phone call to our warehouse ) is necessary prior to your scheduled delivery date/ time for any scheduling changes. Otherwise another delivery fee will be assessed. No exceptions.
*Delivery charges are not covered by warranties. If customer cannot transport item(s) back to store for servicing/ repair or exchange they will be subject to delivery charges.
* An authorized adult of at least 18 years of age must be home during scheduled delivery appointment window to receive product(s).
*Delivery drivers are not permitted to move or remove any customers' belongings. Rooms should be cleared out in advance before arrival of delivery. If area is not clear the drivers are not obligated to wait and will not return without another delivery charge. Delivery charge nor set-up fee will not be refunded if customer home is not ready when driver arrives and cannot complete delivery.
*For products to be serviced under manufacturer's warranty, it is customers responsibility to deliver product back to store if it cannot be serviced in customers' home.
*Manufacturer's warranty will be honored as long as manufacturer is still in business and issue is addressed within corresponding warranty time frame. (1 year in most cases)

*Returned items must be new, in original carton(s) or packaging and in unused condition. A few of our vendors and products may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and can't be exchanged. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
*Floor Samples, AS-IS, or Closeout merchandise have no warranties and cannot be returned nor exchanged for any reason.
*Upholstery is not guaranteed against wear and fading since the life and wear of fabric is determined by individual use.
*Very Important. So we MUST REPEAT- For sanitary and health reasons we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY BEDDING PRODUCTS. We also cannot accept returns on most upholstery items as well. Call customer service for more info.

We ship items from multiple warehouses across the United States. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped at no charge we will still charge our actual outbound shipping charges. All acceptable returns for any reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an error on our part. Round trip shipping charges will still apply. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable but may still be exchanged for same item. All Special orders are non refundable. Special order products such as items where fabrics can be selected are non returnable for any reason.

If you refuse delivery at point of shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy and specific Manufacturer rules (see the Product Page or call us for details).

Returning a Purchase
Please contact us and include your original order/ invoice number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. We will give you an "RMA Number," a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method directly to the distribution center address we provide. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
Please do not request a charge back of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on the card you used.
Please Note: Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns. Also, restocking or repacking fees are charged by some manufacturers and warehouses to cover labor, paperwork and shipping carton replacement. Finally, certain products cannot be returned because our suppliers cannot take them back, such as those customized to your specifications.

Damaged & Missing Parts
Through many years of experience, we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping, avoid selling items easily damaged during shipping, and discontinue suppliers whose damage rate is too high. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

Suspected or Actual Damage If Shipped by Truck Freight
Write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery even if it appears only slightly damaged. If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive back that damaged package, we will send a new one. Please notify us if you refuse delivery, so we can anticipate that return.
If our product is assembled for you, make sure you closely inspect the product for any damage BEFORE boxes are discarded and before the delivery people leave. Again, if there is a problem, write it down before the delivery crew leaves.
If you accepted a package and then discover parts are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. Please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts at no extra charge. Most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery, so do not delay. If we cannot replace parts, we can have the carrier pick up the item and we will send a replacement once we have it back. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.
If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a complete replacement, we will pay to return the item to us.

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit if reported immediately once received. We stand behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.
